Dr. O'Brien was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He attended the University of Vermont for College and Medical School. He then completed his internship and residency training at the university of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts . Dr. O'Brien joined our practice in July 1998. Dr. O'Brien is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. O’Brien and wife, Kristen live in Dallastown with their daughter, Clare.
Janet T. Strausbaugh, M. D.
Dr. Strausbaugh was born and raised in California . She has an undergraduate degree and Medical degree from Loma Linda University. She did her Pediatric residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She did a pediatric Anesthesia ICU Fellowship at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and an Anesthesia residency at the University of Pennsylvania. After working at York Hospital in the Anesthesia Department she took a leave for 6 years to have her children. Then she returned to Pediatrics and joined Pediatric Care of York in 1991. Dr. Strausbaugh is Board certified in both Pediatrics and Anesthesia. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her husband, Richard lost a hard fought
battle with cancer in 2006. Her children Jamie and Emily
are both in college.
Jacqueline J. C. Taylor, D. O.
Dr. Taylor was born in Waynesboro, PA. She did her undergraduate work in Elizabethtown before attending the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at the Community Hospital of Lancaster and her residency at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Taylor is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Taylor and her three children live in York.

Dr. "T" was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was raised there and in Texas. She attended college at the University of Texas at Arlington and received her medical degree from the University of Texas at Galveston. Upon completion of her residency at the Children's Medical Center in Dallas Texas, Dr. Toth practiced Pediatrics in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Dr. Toth is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She joined our practice in April 2007, and resides in York with her husband, Mike Toth from
the Allentown area. Her family is in the Camp Hill area
