Dr. Campbell was born in Ford Ord, California . He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Biochemistry. He went to Medical School at the University of Florida . He cheers for the Seminoles, NOT the Gators! His Internship and Residency was at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center in Charlottesville, Virginia . Dr. Campbell is Board Certified and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Campbell and his wife, Karen have two daughters, Katherine and Candace.
Fanny E. Espinal, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Espinal was born and raised in New York. She completed her Undergraduate work at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT and received her Medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. She completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Espinal practiced Pediatrics in Raleigh, North Carolina before joining our practice in Feburary 2007. Dr. Espinal is Board certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She resides with her husband in York.
Jed L. Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller was born in Hershey, PA. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Pittsburgh and received his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine. He then completed internship and residency training at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville, VA.
Dr. Miller is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

David H. Moore, M.D.
Dr. Moore was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate work at Bucknell University and received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of medicine. He completed both his internship and residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. He served as a Naval Physician at Kings Bay Submarine Base in Georgia and at Camp Lejeune , North Carolina before joining Pediatric Care of York in 1992. Dr. Moore is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Moore, his wife, Bonnie and sons, Kevin and Scott, live in York Township.
Allen S. Nussbaum, M.D.
Dr. Nussbaum was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania . He did his undergraduate schooling at the University of Pittsburgh and received his medical degree from Temple University of Philadelphia. He then went on to do his internship and residency at the Children's Hospital of Cincinnati, Ohio . Dr. Nussbaum is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Nussbaum and his wife, Bernadette, have three daughters, Faith, Katie and Laura.
