Beginning January 1, 2010 all accounts 30 days or more past due will be charged a $10 monthly billing fee.

On December 1st, we received our final shipment of flu vaccine. We received 730 doses. As of today, December 8th, appointments for all of those doses have been scheduled. However, we would like for parents who would still like the flu vaccine to call us beginning December 29th. We are hoping to end up with extra doses once all is said and done. We join with you in your frustration. This has not been a smooth flu vaccine season for anyone. Please bear with us and keep us in mind as you talk with our staff. They have no control over this entire situation.

We will not be receiving any of the H1N1 vaccine when it becomes available. It will be distributed throughout the county where clinics can be set up to vaccinate large volumes of people. Please visit the following website for updates on the H1N1 vaccine: www.yammrs.org
